Please note that unless otherwise stated, the copyright, database rights and similar rights in all material published on this site is owned by East Riding Council/Max Communications Ltd.
By viewing and or purchasing an image from this collection, you are agreeing to comply with copyright licensing regulations. These state that your use of the image is for personal use only. The images may not be reproduced, published or distributed in any format including books, magazines, promotional, advertising or any other material in print or media including the Internet, broadcast and private or public exhibition without the express permission of the East Riding Council Heritage Service.
Every care has been taken to identify copyright owners and every effort has been made to ensure copyright information is accurate. Should you feel that your copyright has been infringed we will remove the image from view whilst we consider the true ownership. Personal details added to the site will never be published through the site or passed on to a third party (other than the payment gateway). For added security third party payment gateways are utilised for payment processing. No credit/debit card details are held on this website

The total charge for your order will be indicated on the relevant Debit or Credit Card statement used by you.
A dispatch note will accompany your order providing details of the order and our returns policy. We will endeavor to process and dispatch your print within 5 working days. However, delivery times are estimates and delays may occur, but will be kept to a minimum. If your order has not been received within 12 working days please contact our help desk (contact email@example.com) stating the order number, address and date of order.
Please note that the majority of images displayed on this website have been captured from exceptionally old postcards and photographic prints. The age of these prints & postcards will mean that marks and deterioration will be evident on the print you purchase.
If you need to return the order due to damage in transit, incorrect fulfillment, or non-delivery this will need to be notified to us within 28 days of the dispatch – contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If goods are damaged on delivery please retain all the original packaging and prints as these will need to be returned before a replacement can be arranged. Refunds for any other reason(s) will be at our discretion.
